I am installing the Mobility service on the AWS source servers. However, I am facing the Issue where the installation status goes to pending state and then eventually fails.

As I have tried all the methods mentioned on this forum now I want to know the workaround of doing the installation.
I have already downloaded the "InMage_CX_TP_8.1.0.0_Windows_GA_28Aug2014_release" zip file from the download center.
How to install the mobility service manually?

Please revert in case of any information.

Yes, I have used the Azure Migration Accelerator.

I am installing the Mobility Sevice using the mentioned steps. However, the status never changes from pending to installed or even the icon is not changed from the grey to blue.
Please suggest.
