please, I have a strange error in text box located in heading of Report. Namely, while in Report Builder Report Preview, everything is correctly presented but, if I click Page Layout button, suddenly text is missing? The same error is if Report is exported to .PDF file!

Like curiosity, there is one more text box in the same location (Heading) that is behaving correctly!

I can not notice any differences among them while looking into properties....

Any idea how to investigate ?

According to your description, your are creating some textboxes in the page header area, everything works fine when previewing the report. However, when you click the Print Layout button or export to a PDF file, the text within one textbox is missing, right?
 
Regarding the issue, I would like to know the exact position of the textbox in the page header area. In your scenario, please double check and make sure all properties of the textbox are the same as other one. Besides, I Would suggest you redesign those textboxes in the page header area. If issue persists, please provide the report design for our analysis. If possible, please share some screenshots about print layout and PDF render results.

I have solved this strange issue on the following way:

1) You understood the error absolutely in correct way

2) The strange error was in the fact that, while in Report Builder Preview, there was not any error prompted to me during SAVE or RUN procedure ()

3) Error was: There is an expression in that text box that is comprised of value in Globals.PageName field which is used in Group By function and which, was not defined. Upon setting it within properties window, to the correct value, the error has disappeared. ()

Strange thing is the fact that, wrongly composed expression should pop-up error window and should not give me opportunity to neither save nor run the report itself? At least, this is the usually way of behaving of an expression if there is any error in format. Or, looking in the things from the side of Report Builder, it was suppose to show the text box in the same way i.e., without text content? Is not it?

Any how, the error has disappeared?
