Migrating Worker role to VS2013 and SKD 2.4 deployed to see VMs recycle

How do I fix it? WaWorkerHost.exe ver 2.4.1198.691 faulting. module: MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll ver 12.0.51670.34230; OS is 2012 R22.

I just migrated my Worker role to VS2013 & SDK 2.4 deployed to see VMs recycle. Event viewer had above.

 If you have any 3rd party assemblies make sure the references are in place.
 Remove older SDKs if still installed, Refer to the below stackOverFlow article for some more suggestions.
