Microsoft SQL 2000 - ODBC Drivers
I started off with Microsoft SQL 2005 server and it worked fine. Well I later found out that I needed to use 2000. So I uninstalled 2005 and tried to install the 2000. It wont install and keeps failing. The log shows: Starting Service ...SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS-m -Q -T4022 -T3659Connecting to Server ...driver={sql server};server=DAVID;UID=sa;PWD=;database=master[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specifieddriver={sql server};server=DAVID;UID=sa;PWD=;database=master[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specifieddriver={sql server};server=DAVID;UID=sa;PWD=;database=master[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified SQL Server configuration failed. ############################################################################### 23:36:34 Process Exit Code: (-1) 23:36:39 Setup failed to configure the server. I checked my ODBC drivers & found out they don't exist, in ODBC Administrator.I'm using Windows XP SP3.I have spent over 7 hours searching & trying to figure out how to continue the installation.Thank You
