I have Mac users, which are having issues with Microsoft Remote Desktop taking a very long time( 30 minutes to even over an hour) to Print from remote server.  Can someone assist with a fix? Can Microsoft rectify this issue with an update? since this worked perfectly in the previous version.

Please check:

1. If Mac users upgraded RDC for Mac to 8.0.19 which was just released. 

2. If Windows users could print correctly on same remote server.

3. If all Mac users have this issue. If available, create a new domain user just for testing. 

4. Test if RD Beta will work - It is another remote desktop application for Mac users. It is still in Beta version so please just see if will work in printing.
