Microsoft Licenses for RDS CAL still show Expiry date after activated? It is Normal?

After i renew the license which i able to manage it. Its still show the previous expiry date. the new license expire on '2016' but it still show on '2015'?

Hi,

Yes, it is normal.  Per User RDS CALs should show as expiring 60 days after they are issued.  Shortly before their expiration date, when the user logs on, the date will be extended out another 60 days.  If they do not log on before the expiration date they will drop off of the list.  Next time they log on they will show up again with a new expiration date.

Please note that for most (not all) license agreements 90 days is the more relevant time period since it is the minimum time required before a license can be reassigned to a different person except under special circumstances.  Please see the Product Use Rights (PUR), license agreement, etc., that applies to your case for details.
