We want the following configuration;

We have a server certificate signed by a third party installed on a IIS server.

1. We need to create a client certificate from this server certiticate

2. This client certificate needs to be installed on a client.
The client does a request at the IIS server (which is configured with SSL on / SSL required)
The server reroutes the request to an external HTTPS server at a third party.
