Microsoft Active Sync Not Working
Hi. There's a pop up that says the following:
COM 1 Not installed
COM 2 Not installed
Infrared Port (IR) Not installed
USB is available USB is available
And a pop-up screen goes up that says:
The serial/infrared port cannot be opened. To avoid seeing this error message again, disconnect the serial/infrared port from Microsoft Active Sync. If you disconnect the port, you will not be able to connect using a serial cable or infrared port.
Disconnect the serial/infrared port from Active Sync?
Yes No
Does anyone have an idea about this?
Thanks in advance.
