Microsoft-Windows-KnownFolders Event ID 1002
It is not easy to guess without giving more information on the configuration and other errors. It looks like there is unsuccesful search of file. I would suggest" 1. Look here how to troubleshoot GPO http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc749336(WS.10).aspx 2. More detailed analysis with Process Monitor will reveal the weak points

Hi, You’d better post the full event error for our review. Error 0x80070003 usually means the system cannot find the path specified. Please refer to C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and check if the folder {b97d20bb-f46a-4c97-ba10-5e3608430854} exists. If it exists, please verify the permissions. If it’s not there, please use Process Monitor as Milos Puchta suggested to find out what application is using this folder. You may also narrow down the possible cause in Clean Boot. For the detailed steps of how to perform a Clean Boot, please refer to the following Microsoft KB article: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 What’s the result in Clean Boot? Regards,Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
