I need to know that is there any product of microsoft that works as a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) or any product that can be used as a SIEM.

Also suggest any other vendors in this regard.

 You can try System Center Operation Manager 2012 for event monitoring and management,also you configure specific alerts on scom for security informations.
