Memroy Performance Issue
Recently we have upgraded RAM in Dell Server from 4 GB to 12GB. as well as Windows server Operating system from windows server 2003 to windows server 2008.it is working fine. but Now the problem is, when we are running the application, system is allocating some memory for the application and it is working fine.but after closing the application the memory usage is not comming normal it is showing the same percentage of memory while the program is running. if i restart the server then it is comming normal. what could be the problem? Please help

What application is using this memory? It seems like application is not releasing the memory. Using task manager you can see which application is really using the memory. How to force SQL SSIS to release memory once it has been closed? Please help..Its very urgent...
