Hi I have a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 with 12GB Memory that is attached via fibre to an HP MSA2000 and used for our file and print services. The Server has 2 x 72GB (RAID1+0) (10k) OS disks and the MSA presents around 2TB of disk space which is used to store the general day to day working files. There is approximately 800Gb free and the paging file is located on the internal 72GB disks. The problem I have is really high memory pages/sec readings. These will typically max at around 4000 pages/sec and will average over a normal day at around 600 pages/sec. Although there are no obvious end-user issues, reading various tech notes would indicate that these reading are far too high. If anybody can point me in the right direction as to why this is occuring and maybe how to resolve the issue then that would be great. Thanks in advance to those that help.
