We have an application that uses both the left shift key and right shift key; when a user clicks the right shift key we are not able to get it unclicked, as it appears it is always part of the left shift key underlying code. Please advise on what we can do to mitigate this issue.

is the software up to date? Does the same thing happen on different computers? Does this occur without running the application?
