Hello all, i have this issue were a user has a laptop and is currently in a different country she uses a cached log in that is her domain log in but when she is out and about and need admin rights in order to install an application she has a local user set up with admin rights. my issue is she was prompted to change her password for her local admin and forgot what she changed it to and what i need to do i manage the PC and reset the password for her but it seems you cant to this over the VPN?? i cant even ping her IP but when i connected to the computer (i used goto meeting) she can access any files and ping the DC. i tried turning off her local firewall so that didnt seem to be the issue and she is using LA airport wireless. if its not possible that fine
