Managed Service Accounts container missing after domain level raise
Hi all, Few days ago I raised our domain function level from Windows 2000 Native to Windows 2008 R2. Now I'm looking for the "Managed Service Accounts" container, but it has not been created. Yes, I turned on "Advanced Features" in the AD users and computers view. I raised the domain level raise via the interface, but I did not run adprep before raising the level. Maybe this is the problem? If I run adprep now, it states that everything is already updated. So my questions are: Why am I missing the "Managed Service Accounts" container? Can I created the container manually?Or do I need to rerun adprep, but how do I force it? Thanks.
