Manage You Server Window is Blank
Hi
I have several Windows 2003 x64 boxes and a couple of them have recently started displaying a blank manage your server window with res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\mys.dll/mys.hta written in the blue status bar. I have trawled the net and not found
a solution for this, which is obviously causing us problems. I have found that the search companion in windows explorer is also displaying a blank blue screen so we are not able to search for files currently on these boxes either.
Can anyone help please?

A bit of a shot in the dark but i know the 2008 MMC snap-ins break from an update to microsoft .net framework. Shows a blank page with an error message that the MMC snap-ins failed. Might want to try that.

Have you ran a malware scan? Try www.malwarebytes.com and run the free tool to make sure it's not malware.

Hi,
Please perform the following steps to fix the issue:
1.
Check if the msxml3.dll exists in C:\Windows\System32.
2.
If not, copy it from Windows Server 2003 installation disk. If it exists in C:\Windows\System32, please run the next step directly.
3.
After that, run the following command to re-register it:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml3.dll
Regards,
