Mail Distribution Question
Good MorningI am toying with the idea of setting up a server in a small office, at the moment the system in place is awfull, we use a NAS and everyone just stores stuff everywhere and it's becoming impossible to keep track of where documents are so I thought that the best way forward would be to utilise an old HP netserver we have sitting in an office and try to thow a bit of organisation into the place. Now I understand the basics behind it and dont really think i'm going to have a problem setting everything up apart from Mail.At the moment emails are downloaded to the various accounts and stored on each users local machine, Some of these are downloaded and stored on 4 machines so alot of wasted space. Is there a way that the email can be downloaded ONCE and then Some users(client) such as an office manager can have access to the for other accountsmail without out being stored on several users profiles. Many Thanks in advance
