MS Word is slowly closing
Hi We have a network with many limited users , each user is power user on his/her computer .When users want to close MS Word it take about 7 seconds but when admins closing it , it closes in 1 second . What is the problem ? thanx

Do they have permission to write to their local/roaming/mandatory profile? It may be struggling to write to the normal.dotm (i think it is..) .... try adding permission to "everyone" to the profile directory to see whether it improves the situation and if it does, you need to work on the NTFS permissions of the profile directory. Have a look at the AD user who is experiencing the issue and look where their profile location is, that maybe where!
