MS Cert Services and IIS autoupdates
Good Morning,
I am setting up a lab demo for a client with IIS (2008 and 2003) using certificates from a Windows 2008 R2 CA. I have been noticing that the automatic updates of the certificates is not working. I have configured a V2 Web Server Template
to be 2 hour lifespans and the web servers are not renewing their keys like they are supposed to. The GPO is enabled and I created the certs on the web servers using the MS Web Administration Services. The certs are expiring without updating, which
is not what I was expecting them to do. CA and IIS server are in the same domain, these are internally facing web servers.
Any suggestions on how to get IIS to autoupdate their MSCA certs?
Thanks,
Mike
