MSDTC Service won't start

Hi,

Running Windows Server 2008 R2.

Service stops running with "Failed to initialize the needed name objects. Error Specifics: hr = 0x80004005, d:\longhorn\com\complus\dtc\dtc\msdtcprx\src\dtcinit.cpp:571, CmdLine: C:\Windows\system32\dllhost.exe /Processid:{02D4B3F1-FD88-11D1-960D-00805FC79235}, Pid: 4776" - Event ID 4427.

Then when I try to start the service again I get "A critical error occurred in an MS DTC component therefore the process is terminating. The category field identifies the component that encountered the error. Please contact Microsoft Product Support. Error Specifics: hr = 0x80070002, d:\longhorn\com\complus\dtc\dtc\msdtc\src\cservice.cpp:473, CmdLine: C:\Windows\System32\msdtc.exe, Pid: 9408" - Event ID 4209.

Any ideas?
