MFP and RDS
hi, I will illustrate my scenario:

1 physical server with Server 2012 R2 STD, AD and Hyper-V roles.
1 server with Virtual Server 2012 R2 STD domain member and RDS role.

Both servers are equipped with about 25 CAL for both AD and RDS

Clients connect to the remote desktop and access resources as set by policy and so far no problem.

The problem is when I install the MFP Network (Samsung C460FW), both the printer and the scanner works fine, but when I close and reopen the session, in devices and printers the multifunction becomes a normal printer and loses the functionality of digitization (in practice no longer sees the scanner). If i uninstall and reinstall works again until i closing session. It did not happen before domain join for install rds roles.
I have edited the GPO through user rights to install the driver and tried installing in installation mode.

Some idea?

You might want to contact Samsung to see if they support their multi-function capability in an RDS environment.  Not all devices work in RDS.  It is up to the device manufacturer to write the drivers to support that environment.

It uses the WIA scanner driver and Universal printer driver to print.
I think it's a GPO problem, because before join in to domain everything worked well.

The fact that it uses the WIA driver doesn't change my initial thoughts.  When you installed the device, did you use any software from Samsung?  Only Microsoft software?  I still suggest contacting Samsung to understand their support stance on how you are trying to use the device.  This would not be the first time I saw devices that worked fine in non-RDS environments yet had issues when used in RDS.

Thank you, tomorrow I will contact Samsung for use in RDS environment. The strange thing is that I can install it and use it until I close the session, with microsoft (upd, WIA) and Samsung software (printer drivers and scan are certified for server 2012 r2).
Sorry for my English but I write from Italy ....
