MBAM Client German/US Keyboard layout issues
Hi Folks, I am currently testing MBAM 1.0 and we have an issue with the German Keyboard. In the BIOS the keyboard layout is set to German. If the user uses any German keyboard character, the password is then not recognized during the next boot up. ie, if the password is qwertz (German) then when the user enters the password at TPM password entry, he has to enter qwerty (US). It's worse if the user uses any special characters. Is there a configuration or a workaround for this? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, > I am currently testing MBAM 1.0 and we have an issue with the German Keyboard. > In the BIOS the keyboard layout is set to German. Whats the keyboard layout in OS? En-US or German keyboard layout? If you use different keyboard layout in Bios and in OS, you may face this kind of issue. I think this issue also happens if you use France keyboard layout. You may contact computer manufacturer for EN version Bios.
