I have Win Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1. Both are production servers and both of them rebooted by wlms.exe as the MAK license automatically deactivated. Any thing I can do about it ???

Usually the activation fail may occur when there was some corruption, we can run sfc /scannow try to fix it first, but the active and license issue we can call the active center, they will give the detail and official support answer. If you are using OEM system you can ask your OEM vendor for the active help. In forum we not able to determine what key type you are using or whether your key has licensing issue or whether the key has locked. You can get communication way from following web site:

First please run the command below and monitor if it not work please call Activation Center.

U:\>net stop sppsvc

U:\>net start sppsvc
