Lync 2010 Monitoring - Response Group Call List Report does not contain all the rows it should.

When takin a Response Group Usage -report for one month and then taking a Call list report from that there is a problem. If the amount of rows exceed 150-250 rows are left out of the report. If there are 1500 calls that month you still get just about 200 (notice about, the amoun varies) rows on the report. What might cause this?

No it hasnt worked at all. This is a new installation.

I had the same problem.  I figured out that the stored procedure is selecting only the top 1000 rows then the report is further filtering that output.

To fix it, in the stored procedure dbo.CdrRGSCallList, I removed "top 1000" from beside the select (6 rows down from the begin statement) and compiled the stored procedure.

For now, it works, but I suspect any updates to the database will overwrite it.
