Loosing File and Printer Share on Workstation with only 1 of 3 DCs, Server 2003 (problem DC), Server 2008 and Windows 7

We have 3 DCs. DC1 - 2003, DC2 and DC3 - 2008. DC2 Primary DC. 2003 Native Mode.
DC1 is a printer and file share. DC2 is a printer share. DC3 is a file share (not actively used yet).
We have XP, Win7 x86 and Win7 x64 workstations in our environment.
What seems to be out of nowhere, some of our Win7 x86 machines (haven't noticed the problem on other OS's yet) are loosing share permisions to DC1 only. The DC1 printers are faded out and cannot be printed to. All the file shares disapear on
DC1 except for a Temp file that has "Everyone" permissions. The DC2 printers are still visible and usable.

I can't find any sign of the cause in the event logs. It seems like the comptures are loosing their Kerberos Tickets to that server, but I don't understand why just that one and not the others (maybe 2003 issue)? We thought it might be that the
computers were going to sleep with active access to a DC1 share and that might be causing a security issue during wake up, but it doesn't cause the issue every time. We currently have a script running on the more problematic machines that restarts the
computers every night. We are looking for a better solution.
If you have any ideas or suggests, I would appreciate them greatly,
Dave
