Hi All, Is it possible to have the server send out some sort of notification on a failed scheduled task? ie task fails -> emails Administrator on the failure. Servers are SBS 2008 and Servers 2008 - 2008R2 Thanks!

I checked that article before coming here, and you can set it to send a email when the pc starts, or a specific event is logged, but what I am looking for is for some sort of 'Alert' Just like an event log, that in the end, can be sent automatically via email to the Administrator. 1) Schedule task fails 2) Event is logged and/or email is send to an administrator advising him of the failure.
