Msdn subscribers and TechNet subscribers may download these betas or not. I received e-mails on my hotmail.com (suposed to be an MSDN account in several occasions, e.g. for Windows 2003 editions) feat. "links" to, but effectively they point to usual Gate's bla-bla. If I have to pay for these betas, just say it, don't waste our time.

Yes, Windows Vista Beta 2 and Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 are available to TechNet and MSDN subscribers. Information about the Customer Preview Program for Windows Vista will be posted soon to describe how technical enthusiasts can get Windows Vista Beta 2, but wewill not be making Windows Server "Longhorn" generally available beyond MSDN and TechNet subscribers at this time.
