Logon restricitons Windows Server 2003
How do I:
Keep users from logging into more than one workstation at a time?
Not allow users to save to the local hard drive - force saving to home directory?
Keep users from installing software?
Stop users from changing the desktop?

To restrict users from log on from more then one workstation at one time, you might want to use LimitLogon.

The rest of the task can be achieve using Group Policy. You will need Group Policy Managent Console (GPMC).
