Log on restriction and mobile access

Hello,

I'am new here and sorry for my english.
I would like to set up user restriction, where/which computer can log on AND he/she able to access his/her mailbox with mobile phone. How can I do this?
Because if I set up logon restriction on Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in (user properties, account tab, log on to button) the mobile access also restricted. Can I add mobile phone? Or do I need to use Mobile Device Management software?

Thanks.

Thank you, but did not resolve my issue.
We have ActiveSync policy and assigned to the user, and he/she can sync between smartphone and mailbox. But if I set up lo on restriction
- Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in
- right-click the user who I want to assign to a restriction, and then click Properties- Account tab
- Log On To... button

Here I add computer where the user can log on. After this the sync between smartphone and mailbox does not work. That is my problem. Can you help how to solve it?
