Yes it works, but it's not licensed for 2008 (the UELA explicitly lists Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003. ). I'm working in client environments where I can't use LogParser because they've upgraded to Server 2008 and I'm unable to install unlicenced software. Given the widespread use of this tool it would be useful if Microsoft could upgrade the license attached to it.
