HuaMin, As Jeff rightly suggested, you need be more clear while posting questions. There are lot of difference between Windows Server 8, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating Systems. By the way, Windows Server 8 has been re-branded as Windows Server 2012 now. Also, you need to specify whether are you looking for information about Local Administrator Group or Active Directory Security groups. In your case, I believe you have Windows Server 2008. Seeing the screen shot, it appears that you are probably looking for built-in Administrators group in ADUC. It can be located at Builtin container in ADUC. The second link provided by Jeff contains the details what you are looking for, I would suggest you read that article completely.
