Local user not able to print
I have 2 users that log into the domain on laptops. They log into the laptop, not the domain. I can not get them the ability to print or see computers other then the Domain Controllers if they are logged in to the laptops. If they log into the domain they can print and see files no problem. Any clue?

Thanks for posting here.
Where is the printer set in? Is it a network shared printer on the domain controller or other domain computers?
If so, please check the printer's security option whether it allow everyone to print.
In addition, you may check the following items to narrow down the issue.
1. Run RSOP.msc on the printer server, then verity the "Access this computer from the network" option under [Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment] has Everyone group in it. If not, please add itvia local gpedit.msc or your domain GPO setting.
2. You mentioned that you could not see and print from computers other than the domain controllers. Can you access these computers by \\IPAddress? If not, could you please let us know the exact error message WORD BY WORD.Can you see and install printer from there?
3. What is the OS version of your clients and computers with printers?
In addition, please check the following:
1. Please ensure that NETBIOS over TCP/IP are enabled on all computers. Please make sure that the "Computer Browser" service is started and its "Started type" is "Automatic" in the Services.msc.
2. Please check the RestrictAnonymous registry value on all computers. If this value is set to 1, this problem may also occur.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA
Value: RestrictAnonymous
Meanwhile, Please set it to 0 and reboot the client to test.
3. Please check whether the following security options is configured:
[Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Security Options]
1. Network access: Named Pipes that can be accessed anonymously
>> Not Defined. If defined, please ensure spoolsv is listed in the list;
2. Network access: Restrict anonymous access to Named Pipes and Shares
>> Ensure that it is not enabled.
3. Network access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares
>> Not enabled.

I went through all those items and nothing was off. I did however narrow down that all the problems exist on the wireless connection. I am looking into that now. I can plug a laptop in to the wire, log in locally and print to the one printer. I can see DC1 and DC2, but I can not see the rest of the network.

UPDATE Solved the issue. For some reason there were 8 different shares set up on the computer that drives the printer. No more connection could be made. Someone set up a Root share, but also shared different folders for some reason.
