Licensing
Sorry if this question has been already answered. We are setting up a new network for 70 users. We need to purchase 3 servers with Server 2008 R2 Enterprice. If each one of these servers came with 25 CALs, that's total of 75 CAL's. One server will be a DC with print and file sharing. Another will be a Lync Server and the last one will be used for some future service. My question is, do i need CAL's for 70 for each server? Will I be able to combine the 25 CALs that come with each server OS?
