Hi Doreen, Please write down the full error message when trying to set DHCP reservation. When the message "The specified address is not available" occurs, please hit OK and try again. Any new error? Please make sure the specified IP address is not being used by another client first. If the issue persists, please try to add the IP Reservation using Netsh command, refer to: netsh dhcp server scope <Scope address> add reservedip <IP> <MAC ADDRESS> <Machine name> Do you receive the same error? If the issue persists, please check whether the following links help: Reservations are deleted incorrectly from a DHCP server that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981776 The "Lease duration for DHCP clients" option is set to 0 and some DHCP scope options disappear on a Windows Server 2003-based DHCP server http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936009 Thanks.
