Languages

Hello,

I have some questions about languages in SCSM 2012:

1. Is it possible to use different languages for notification, for example, customer1 notify in russian language,
customer2 in lithuanian and customer3 in english?

2. Is EndUser portal available in Lithuanian already?

Thant you!

I.
