LYNC 2010: Sorry, something went wrong, and we can't get you into the meeting

HI,

While connecting the LYNC online meeting we are getting below error:

"Sorry, something went wrong, and we can't get you into the meeting"

However if we schedule new meeting then issue resolve. This is happening intermittently to many users

What steps can be followed to resolve this issue?

You should check your front end or director server or the server that hosts your external web services

Is that server load balanced?
Is it hardware load balanced?

So the behavior for what i get you try to open a meeting URL untill you are able to access it, or is it a particular meeting that is not loading up

Hi

check the external dns records so that the lyncdiscover, webexternal and lync Points to the external record of the Reverseproxy.

Please check the event log on front end server. Please double check the certificate of front end servers. Here is a similar case for your reference:

Have you associated the Edge pool for media components with the Lync FE server in the topology?
