Knowledge Articles downloaded on portal lose some fragments of pictures

Hello!

Because SCSM doesn't support .pdf format as internal content of Knowledge Articles, we create some .rtf files with pictures of pdf pages. Then we create Knowledge Articles with internal content of this .rtf files. In SCSM console this KAs look fine. But if we download this KA from SCSM self service portal, there are some lost fragments in pictures. I notice that maximum size of downloaded KA file is 4 Mb.
Is there some methods to increase maximum file size of KA downloaded from portal?

You can modify the Self-Service Portal attachment file size.
