Hi, Please advise.

had installed KMS Host on Win2008 r2 sp1 server. i applied the patch to support win8&win2012 server. uploaded win2012 STD KMS key, it went ok. got a successful prompt. 

now when i doing slmgr /dli or /dlv, it should give me some useful info BUT instead giving me " On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x1AD' to display the error text "

Hi,

Do you have UAC enabled, if so have you tried openeing the cmd window again elevated as an administrator?

problem persist, elevated cmd will only work one time after a fresh system restart.

if anyone encountered this and managed to fix it , kindly advise.

mean time, i need to bear with it.
