had installed KMS Host on Win2008 r2 sp1 server. i applied the patch to support win8&win2012 server. uploaded win2012 STD KMS key, it went ok. got a successful prompt. 

now when i doing slmgr /dli or /dlv, it should give me some useful info BUT instead giving me " On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x1AD' to display the error text "

i decided to restart then ran slmgr.vbs /dlv, my luck it gives me the proper report of the license.

i close the cmd window, tried again and i have the same error again.
