I have been trying to request hotfix KB983554 since Friday night but have received the following error: The system is currently unavailable. Please try back later, or contact support if you want immediate assistance. http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support I'm not the only person that has received this message when requesting a hotfix, but its seems to be hit or miss for some people. Can someone assist, or tell me how to fix? Thanks.

Windows Server 2008 x86. I just tried again, and I am receiving the same message.

Still receiving this error. I have tried in different browsers, different computers, and different ISPs. Anybody else have any ideas?
