I've installed it through Windows Update and by manual dl and install. I thought this was fixed last year but apparently not. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The issue is that the yellow update shield keeps popping back up and telling me to install an update that is already installed. Thanks.

On the right pane, please select the update you want to hide by checking "Don't show this update again".
