Issues with Subscriptions
Hi
I am having a problem with notifications for cancelled incidents. I have a notify once subscription in place for when an incident status=resolved and resolution category does not equal cancelled, however when I resolve an incident with resolution category
of cancelled I still get a notification through.
Any thoughts?

I think this is a bug. When using the "does not equal to" i have the same problem. I had to specify equal to instead. I know that this might not be easy to implement in your case. Or maybe someone else on this forum know a fix for this problem.

Thanks for that. Had a feeling that's what it might have been. Will check that out tomorrow. Have noticed how a few subscriptions don't work when you add certain criteria and the only way around these was to use the notify once. Hopefully they'll fix these
notification bugs eventually!
