I hope someone is able to help me with the following issue. We run a Windows 2012 R2 server here for our co-workers as a Terminal Server. All of a sudden, a few weeks ago, people were complaining about the fact that they could not copy/paste text anymore from one e-mail to another.
I have looked into this but can't find a solution for this. All I find are things about copy/paste issues _between_ the local and remote desktop.
The problem we have is that, for instance, when I start Word, I can copy text _within_ one word document, no issues at all. But when I start a second document, I can't copy text from one document to the other. This happens not only in Word but for instance
also in Excel, Outlook, Notepad.
Stopping/starting rdpclip.exe is not helpful in our case unfortunately. I have done a system file scan as well but to no avail.
The thing is, it wasn't like this before but suddenly started, for all users.
I hope someone has the solution for this.
