Is the following Microsoft article helpful? The script will have to be run as an admin. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/245031Rob Williams

My apologies, I see now that allows you to change permissions but not ownership. You were able to do so with SubInACL (see link) but to the best of my knowledge that will not work with Server 2008/Win7. You might have to resort to PowerShell, but I am not familiar with the commands. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=e8ba3e56-d8fe-4a91-93cf-ed6985e3927b&displaylang=en To add: Stumbled across the following PowerShell script if it is of any help. I am not a "PowerShell guy" but it appears to be for running on a local machine. Using PowerShell 2.0 and adding the appropriate remote commands, you should be able to run on remote systems. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverpowershell/thread/e718a560-2908-4b91-ad42-d392e7f8f1ad Rob Williams
