Hi all I know this is not the rigth forum but i did a search on CRM and someone posted a CRM question in here so i thought i would ask here. Im new to CRM and we are trying the idea of having a simple helpdesk system setup on our CRM platform using the case system build into CRM... I went online on technet to find a CRM forum to post potiential questions regarding this project but i can't seem to find any dedicated CRM forum. I can find one for Microsoft Online but thats for the hosted CRM. Where do i post CRM questions? here? Thanks in advance Casper
