Is there any update to SMB1 issue affecting connections from W2K8R2 to W2K3 file servers?
I have been reading http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsserver2008r2networking/thread/9f93508c-71fa-4807-b41a-8f558563afe3/, but this is now marked as read only, and the "work around" won't work for us, as we end disconnected sessions
after 15 minutes.
We are affected by this and management doesn't want to go into production with our UAT TS farm servers until this is resolved.
Has a solution been developed by MS resolving this issue?
