To Microsoft guys, I want to use usb in Hyper-V machines.   Are there any plans to do that?

I agree with Brian .

 At present ,  VM can only use USB redirection (RDP or enhanced session mode ) to access the USB drive , hyper-v VM can not access host's hardware directly (such).

In addition , you may try to use USB as pass-through disk to access the files from usb drive :
