Is there a BitLocker Console?
I've tried to install the BitLocker Viewer on Win Server 2008 R2 64-bit, but it keeps failing with the x64 and x86 .msu. I've expanded them each. I am wondering if I am making this too hard to manage our client systems running BitLocker. Does Microsoft have
a Console or System Center-type suite for managing encrypted systems?
Thanks.

Hi,
In Windows Server 2008 R2, the BitLocker Recovery Password Viewer is an optional feature. You do not need to download it. It is included
with the Remote Server Administration Toolkit (RSAT) that you can install by using the Add Feature wizard in the RSAT management console.
1.
In Server Manager, click Features –> Add Features.
2.
Expand "Remote Server Administration Tools" -> "Feature Administration Tools" -> "BitLocker Drive Encryption Administration Utilities", then you will find
"BitLocker Recovery Password Viewer".
3.
Check the box and install it.
Hope this helps.

Bruce
