There is a SharePoint SCOM web part you can use. Please check out these posts:
Or, natively in SCOM console, you can create a generic read-only operator account and get everyone to use that account to login to the web console.
you should consider using Sharepoint web part, providing current status views to individuals in your organization who are not Operations Manager users.
