Is it possible to perform full text search on the word document saved on Database??

I used to save multiple word documents on SQL server. Can I perform search operation on data inside the saved documents to retrieve the exact match??

Please help...

Regarding your description, are you mentioning the full text research on on-premises SQL Server, rather than on a Azure SQL? If so you can perform search operation you mentioned. Please reference the below link.
